WHERE IS MY HOME?
Where do you feel at home? Where you were born, in your town, province, region, in the Czech Republic, or only in your own flat or house?
This project, announced by DOX Centre for Contemporary Art in Prague, consists of an exhibition that takes place at the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art from 11 Oct 2013 to 13 Jan 2014, plus initiatives by individuals and organizations whose mission is to improve the public space in towns and cities as well as in the countryside. A web application called “Improving Places” maps existing or planned initiatives, events and projects, allowing not only for their mutual interconnection, but also participation by the general public.
Registration of projects in the Improving Places application continues for the entire duration of the exhibition.
